Summary

  • Expand `?` dialog: share link, votes, columns, notes/voice
  • Board header `?` chip + footer Help open the same dialog
  • Keyboard `?` still toggles (ignored while typing)

Test plan

  • Header ? and footer Help open dialog on phone
  • Keyboard ? still works on desktop
  • Content covers share / vote / columns / icons
