Summary

• People hub /people/{identify,auto-match,modify} + redirects from old paths
• Phase 5 Process-time reject: laplacian blur + extreme yaw/pitch
• Cluster-name Identify: Name cluster selects similarity group
• a11y: @axe-core/playwright smoke on viewer home + admin login
• Scripts: rotate-dev-admin-password.py, seed_match_decisions_from_identified.py

Test plan

• Admin People nav tabs; /identify redirects
• Name cluster appears when Unique faces finds groups
• pytest tests/test_face_junk_reject.py
• CI e2e incl. a11y smoke
• DEV: seed match_decisions + calibration dry-run (no --apply unless ready)

Add People hub, Phase 5 junk reject, cluster-name, a11y smoke. ... e8c13f86d7

Nest Identify/Auto-Match/Modify under /people with redirects; reject
blur/extreme pose at Process; Name-cluster on Identify; axe smoke tests;
helpers to rotate DEV admin password and seed match_decisions.
