Summary

  • Update .zshrc from live config (portable $HOME, conditional nvm/tools)
  • Add zsh/homelab.zsh (ansible hsp/mk/hvk + mps for personal-scripts)
  • Add install.sh, .p10k.zsh, shared Cursor rules/skills (humanizer, frontend-design, family-machine)
  • README with Irina pull steps (./install.sh --ira)

Test plan

  • zsh -n .zshrc / zsh/homelab.zsh
  • ./install.sh --dry-run --ira
  • CI / gitleaks green

homelab/ansible shell helpers, shared Cursor rules/skills, and an
