Rewrites the hero, adds a problem-first "sound familiar?" section, adds an FAQ
for people who can't name their problem yet, and adds a Listmonk email-capture
form for visitors who aren't ready to book a call. Design rationale in
docs/design-brief-smb-refresh.md (written against the anthropics/skills
frontend-design skill).

Needs a follow-up before the email capture works: create an
"auto.levkin.ca leads" list in Listmonk and swap REPLACE_WITH_LIST_UUID in
index.html for its UUID.

terminal signature to lead with business outcomes instead of tool
names, add an FAQ for people who can't name their problem yet, and
add an email-capture form (Listmonk) for visitors who aren't ready
to book a call. Design decisions recorded in docs/design-brief-smb-refresh.md.
