Summary

• JRCC logos in header: light = classic B&W bilingual, dark = white + blue/gold
• Guest photo watermark uses JRCC brand asset (replaces JAM)
• New /styles page with 9 redesign directions — click to save a pick in localStorage
• Toggle theme on that page to compare logos

Test plan

• tsc --noEmit viewer
• viewer vitest (46)
• Open /styles, toggle light/dark, pick a style
• Confirm header logo swaps with theme on home

Add JRCC light/dark logos, watermark, and 9-style picker ... 9ba8e7a214

Use bilingual classic mark for light headers and white/blue-gold for dark,
replace JAM watermark with JRCC overlay, and ship /styles so we can pick a
redesign direction.
