docs: map playkit gaps and next e2e ideas ... b6d56c0e1a

Pin is still v0.3.0; network helpers are HEAD-only. Document ops debt
(Infisical E2E_API_* UI create, ansible commit, Vaultwarden sync) and
concrete next tests once the kit pin bumps.
