Summary

  • Playwright setup project + storageState for authed specs
  • Real upload smoke (select fixture → POST /api/photos/upload)
  • Viewer session cookie smoke; FastAPI bearer spec (opt-in via E2E_API_*)
  • Root ROADMAP.md for punimtag quality/test plan

  • setup + session + upload specs passed against DEV
  • CI e2e green
