Summary

  • Replace Help navigation emoji with lucide-react icons and plainer overview copy aligned with sidebar labels.
  • Remove emoji from alert/toast summary strings on maintenance review pages (PendingPhotos, ReportedPhotos, UserTaggedPhotos, ApproveIdentified).
  • Add lucide-react to admin-frontend dependencies.

Test plan

  • npm run lint in admin-frontend (pre-existing warnings only; changed files clean)
  • Open Help page and confirm nav icons render
  • Submit maintenance decisions and confirm toast/alert text has no emoji
