Subject: [PATCH] Fix contact email typo and scrub infra details from README

- ilia@levkine.ca -> ilia@levkin.ca in spec and stack-folder pages
- Remove LAN IPs, ssh/pct commands from README deploy section
- Ignore *.zip artifacts
