Summary

Circling a short heading no longer pulls the large Ship demo block above
Skip OCR-merge when a11y already has useful text (was re-polluting short labels)
Stub no longer turns 1. Circle… into a lone 1. headline
Smoke asserts heading extract + Copy; 59 unit tests green
