Summary

  • Default business hours: 10:00–17:00 America/Toronto
  • Weekdays-only remains the default
  • Stops night/weekend warmup emails hitting the consent pool

Test plan

  • Live host .env set to START=10 END=17 weekdays_only=true; container restarted
  • After merge, make hearth-deploy keeps the window from local .env
